We assist clients in transforming their real estate assets into efficient and stylish income-generating properties. The company takes pride in designing living spaces that maximize income potential, eliminate dead space, and incorporate modern, high-end designs—all while utilizing local and imported resources to deliver maximum value per square meter within any property.
Property Management
On the property management side, we provide services using the latest technology in property management software through Aonios, an online property management company. Aonios leverages AI to deliver efficient, low-cost solutions to property owners, reaching across all available marketing channels and utilizing the most effective tools, including Guesty.
Currently operating and based in Greece, Markos Management aims to bring modern standards and best practices to the property management and real estate development sectors, drawing on our experience in the field since 2012. With roots in North America, the company offers a unique perspective on customer service and diligent work practices. Founder and Owner: Elias Markos
Elias Markos started his career in real estate development and sales as a realtor in Toronto, Canada, in 2011. From 2012 until 2022, he focused on mixed-use and commercial building restorations, converting them into Airbnb-style income properties. Noteworthy accomplishments include 405 Dundas St., an over 5,000 square foot, four-level commercial and residential mixed-use building. Old office units were converted into large luxury Airbnb-style apartments.
This marked the initial realization of the need for proper use of space to create value in the STR market.
From 2022 to the present, Elias has focused his attention in Greece and Cyprus, following similar value models of developing and converting low-value properties into highly productive income-generating properties for short-term vacation rentals. His current expansion includes the creation of Aonios, an online-focused STR company aimed at automating and creating efficiencies for individuals and companies in the short-term vacation rental market. Development projects in the tourism sector remain a key focus.
