Boutique Hotel located in the touristic town of Kolymvari, Crete, Greece. The site is located on the commercial strip with its own beach. The building has an internal total area of 240 m² on two levels and a rooftop terrace on the third level totalling just over 100 m². The first level (ground) facing the street will feature a small commercial storefront that will double as reception area. The first level (ground) facing the water will be comprised of guest rooms. The second level will also be comprised of guest rooms and residences. The top level (third level, rooftop) is a communal patio equipped with pool and will have a unobstructed of the Mediterranean Sea. All three levels will be accessible via an elevator. In front of the residences on the ground level before the beach is a large communal terrace area which will feature a beach bar. The beach will have private cabanas exclusive to hotel guests, and sun beds, which will be shared with the public, providing additional income to the property.
